Accomplishments

• Los Angeles Magazine’s Top Southern California Lawyers, Rising Stars, 2005 – 2007.
• Successfully prosecuted a civil fraud matter on behalf of a dentist who had been defrauded out of his life savings: $4,000,000 judgment (evidentiary default prove-up) in favor of client (encompassing global money laundering).
• Successfully prosecuted an Elder Abuse matter on behalf of a widow who had been defrauded out of her home and retirement accounts: $1,000,000 judgment (judge trial) in favor of client.
• Successfully mediated resolution of a fraud claim under insurance coverage as “negligent misrepresentation” by amending pleadings of prior counsel who plead into the insurance policy exclusions, thereby quadrupling the client’s recovery to the mid-six-figure range.
• Successfully defended a multi-million dollar professional negligence claim for within policy limits (after attorney fee reduction) in mediation.
• Successfully prosecuted joint venture dissolution claim on behalf of defrauded investors in complex civil trial: $5,000,000 judgment in favor of clients (judge trial).
• Successfully prosecuted family law dissolution in favor of client awarded one-half interest in business (judge trial).
• Successfully represented clients against some of the Country’s Top 100 Law Firms in California lawsuits.
