About Me
Joel Halle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UCLA, and a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School. While at Trinity, he was awarded the merit based Presidential Scholarship, worked on the Trinity Law Review as both an individual contributor and as the Editor-in-Chief, and raised three children, all while working full-time as an Engineer.
Immediately after graduation from law school, Joel passed the California Bar Exam, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2022. Since being admitted to the California Bar, Joel has practiced various legal fields including Corporate law, Probate and Estate law, Contract law, and Personal Injury.
Joel joined Moshtael Family Law as an Associate Attorney in 2025 with the intent of providing value to our clients during what can be a difficult time. Using his legal expertise as well as his lived experiences, he aims to alleviate the emotional and legal burdens they face, so they can focus on a positive path forward.
