GAIL WASSERMAN, ESQ.

For more than twenty years, Gail Wasserman has been practicing exclusively Family Law. She is well known in all of Los Angeles County and San Diego County.

Gail Wasserman received her Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude in Sociology at Barnard College/Columbia University. At the University of Chicago, she received the Master of Arts Degree in Social Service. Ms. Wasserman later returned to college and received the Juris Doctor Degree at the Southwestern University School of Law. In addition, Ms. Wasserman received her Family Law Mediation Certificate after completing the Mosten Mediation Training.

As a member of the State Bar of California family law section, Gail Wasserman served on the Executive Committee of Financial Issues. She also served as Chairperson of the Women Lawyer’s Section of the South Bay Bar and was a member of the South Bay Bar Study Group. Ms Wasserman was made a Master of the Inns of Court. In 2016 the National Advocates selected Gail Wasserman as one of the top 100 Family Law Attorneys in California.

Gail Wasserman is active in the community. Currently Ms. Wasserman serves as a member of the board on the Benicia Literary Arts, was Treasurer for 2022 and 2023. In addition, Ms. Wasserman was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Bet Tzedek Legal Service for bringing justice to the elderly and indigent. Ms. Wasserman was also awarded The Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for pro bono services by the State Bar of California. Gail Wasserman was also an Adjunct Professor of Family Law.
