James Wellman is a seasoned civil litigation and trial attorney in California with extensive experience in the field of family law. Following his illustrious accomplishments as a successful California lawyer, Mr. Wellman has now joined the pre-eminent Orange County law firm Moshtael Family Law, led by renowned attorney Navid Moshtael.
Experience and Achievements
Mr. Wellman’s experience includes a reported appellate decision and he has personally argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was associated with the Los Angeles office of the national law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman, and Dicker as well as the prestigious Los Angeles law firm of Musick, Peeler, and Garrett. Before he joined Moshtael Family Law, for several years Mr. Wellman had been managing an independent local litigation law firm with an emphasis in family law. Mr. Wellman is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States Central and Northern Districts.
