About Me

Elizabeth graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in May 2013. She was sworn in as an attorney later that year.

Elizabeth’s practice focuses exclusively on family law. She has experience handling a wide range of matters, including complex financial cases, business-related issues, and high-conflict custody disputes. Her background in the business world provides her with a strong working knowledge of income, valuation, and the financial considerations that frequently arise in family law litigation.

Elizabeth’s strong writing and argumentative skills serve her clients both in and outside the courtroom. She is known for being approachable and easy to talk to, yet she represents her clients with unwavering dedication. Elizabeth does not shy away from difficult cases and will fight vigorously to protect her clients’ interests and help them reach their goals.

In addition to her professional experience, Elizabeth brings personal insight to her work. Having navigated a high-conflict custody battle herself, she understands the emotional and practical challenges her clients face. This experience drives her commitment to being responsive, compassionate, and attentive to their needs.

Elizabeth is a member of the OCBA Family Law Section and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.

Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family—especially going out on the lake and relaxing at the beach. She and her supportive husband are the proud parents of four children, who keep life full and meaningful.
